During the week, I like to eat a light breakfast that will keep me going for a couple hours. This means either cereal, oatmeal or yogurt. The weekends are when I make the time to cook full-blown breakfasts with pancakes, bacon, eggs or omelettes. Sometimes, especially when I crave breakfast food, I eat breakfast for dinner.
Today, my breakfast of choice was cereal. One of my favorite brands is Kashi.
