Today, I really struggled trying to figure out what I was going to write about, and while at work, I didn’t really have time to give it much more thought than “I don’t know what to write about.” So, when I got home and saw the daily prompt from BlogHer and the Daily Post, I decided to do a post I haven’t done in a long time – the weekly photo challenge.
My favorite library (mostly because it’s most convenient) to go to when I stock up on books is the Philadelphia City Institute at 19th and Locust Streets. Every week when I take a trip there, it means I get to walk through Rittenhouse Square on my lunch break. It’s a particularly beautiful walk this time of year, because of the look and feel of fall.
I was just in Philly recently visiting our younger daughter at PAFA. We took one of the Big Bus tours, which was a lot of fun and the weather was nice that day.

Those bus tours are fun. Did you sit on the top deck?
We did. Fortunately, it was sunny. A few days earlier, I’d walked from near PAFA to the Independence Visitor’s center and it started pouring on me halfway there. đŸ™‚ I loved Ben Franklin’s House/Museum.
