When I made the dulce de leche for the mocha caramel cookies, I ended up having quite a bit left over. The recipe I used says dulce de leche will keep for a month in the fridge, but I didn’t like the idea of just having it sit around for that long (especially when it’s so delicious by itself).
So I decided to make dulce de leche brownies! I used this recipe minus the powdered sugar dusting.
I don’t make brownies often and I always worry that I don’t bake them enough. Most of the brownies ended up at my work and my coworkers assured me these were absolutely delicious.
