In 2011, the Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts, also known as PIFA, made it’s debut in Philadelphia with the theme A Decade of Paris in Philly. PIFA was a celebration of all forms of art, from photography to fashion to dance movement, and more that focused on the unrest, upheaval, and creativity of the Belle Epoque in Paris from 1910 – 1920.

PIFA will be back in 2013 with the theme If You Had a Time Machine.
